Also, Quil, that was an awesome manicure, dude. Sparkly fingernails are totally you. Claire's party was great though. I don't think I've ever seen the kid happier.

They say the third time's the charm, but I don't believe whoever said that. Kids are entirely too persistent. Telling them not to aim for people's heads with the ball should be a simple concept, right? It's not that hard to understand. And yet they don't listen. Not the first, second, or third time. Which is why they're not allowed back at the Rec center for two days, because I do believe in three strikes and you're out. Seems like a harsh punishment for a five year old, but hell, when you're hurting other kids, maybe not. Thank God the shift is almost over.
